Wonderful
Nice room. Close to metro station. The parking spot they provide is very nice. Easy to communicate with Emanuela.
Wasn't a big fan of the changed A/C unit that left a hole in the wall...but they will probably fix that.

Very Good
Most important, it's very near to metro Station Re di Roma (metro line A), perfect for sightseeing. Lovely Italian breakfast in a nice setting is external, 100 meters away, near Re di Roma. Tip: visit the beatiful San Giovanni Church (as beautiful as Pantheon), 1 metro Station before.

Cosy place with metro just outside
The location is great, the metro is right at the corner. The room has everything necessary for a lovely stay. It is clean, the beds are comfy, the general area, although small, but is a perfect place for a quick bite.
We booked transfer with the Right Place, but it never showed up, we ended up taking a cab from the airport. Not many places are open at 7:30-8 in the morning in the surrounding area for breakfast. And in case they are, it will mostly be a croissant with coffee, bear this in mind if you prefer "English breakfast" instead.
